THE ISLAND SCHOOL CAPE ELEUTEHRA INSTITUTE DEEP CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL FULL-TIME POSITIONS AT THE CAPE ELEUTHERA ISLAND SCHOOL Communications and Marketing Coordinator: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building a communications and marketing program in the non-profit context. Aquaponics Technician & Research Teacher: Primary responsibilities involve a scientific focus on maintaining all organisms in the lab including tilapia, lettuce beds, annual vegetables, duckweed, and more. Head of School: The Island School new semester program head must thrive in a boarding-school environment where the community structures the time of students, faculty and leadership throughout the full day and evening, every day of the week. The new head must feel at home managing a remote campus, where the entire community operates in a self-sufficient expeditionary mode far from the trappings of modern commercialism, and without the support network of medical services, for example, that many schools take for granted. Development Associate of Annual Giving & Constituent Relations: ( Position located in Boston, MA or Lawrenceville, NJ Offices) The major responsibility of this administrator is to coordinate the planning and execution of the Cape Eleuthera Foundation Annual Fund—for all constituencies including major donors, Board of Directors, current parents, alumni parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty/staff, foundations, corporations, and friends of the Foundation. Deep Creek Middle School Administrative Assistant (Part-Time): The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail oriented individual who will maintain the day to day operations of a school office. Farm Laborer: Primary responsibilities require daily work with the farming, gardening, feeding livestock and landscaping a variety of sectors on our campuses. CAPE ELEUTHERA INSTITUTE INTERNSHIPS The Cape Eleuthera Institute offers college students a solid internship program that provides real work experience, professional development, outdoor exploration activities, and access to professional networks while living on a beautiful green campus with diverse people from all over the world.
